Zinc plating

Arc Grup SRL offers services of anti corrosion protection through an electrochemical zinc plating process. We can offer zinc plating services on frames, as well as in rotors. The maximum length of the parts we can process is 2000mm.

Tube laser cutting

We offer tube processing services using our latest generation tube laser cutting machine. The maximum diameter of the tubes we can process with this machine is 120mm, and the maximum tube length is 6500mm.

Sheet metal laser cutting

Arc Grup owns 2 laser cutting machines for sheet metal, one of which is a combined laser cutting/punching machine, as well as another punching machine for sheet metal. As such, we can process sheets with sizes of up to 1500x3000mm and with a maximum thickness of 8mm.

Powder coating

Our company also offers powder coating services using the two powder coating lines we own – a manual line, fitted with 2 coating booths and 3 spray guns, as well as an automated line installed in 2018. The automated powder coating line uses 4 robotic spray guns and 2 manual spray guns, as well as a surface treatment tunnel for the parts on which the coating will be applied, thus ensuring a superior quality for the powder coating process.
